OSC: Where do you call home (hometown or wherever you feel most at home)?
JS: Barrington Hills, IL

OSC: What’s one thing most people don’t know about you?
JS: I have a major perfume bottle collection and am opening a museum in Milan, Italy.

OSC: What part of your work gives you the most energy right now?
JS: We’re expanding our business portfolio to include snack and protein bars, and I’m energized by the career opportunities this future growth will create for our team members.

OSC: What’s a favorite childhood memory, funny or formative, that helped shape your path?
JS: I was an AFS exchange student my junior year of high school and went to Cali, Colombia. The experience forever changed my interest in and appreciation for other people and cultures.

OSC: What’s something you’re fired up about that needs a whole new way of thinking?
JS: We need a new way of thinking about how to demonstrate the value we provide consumers and customers beyond quality, service, and price.
