OSC: What’s one thing most people don’t know about you?
JC: My nickname is Jake
JB: My brother and I have the same birthday, exactly 3 years apart!
OSC: What is it about the mission of your company that really ignites you?
JC: I’m so excited by the fact that people truly have the power to tackle climate change as long as we start now and work as hard as we possibly can.
JB: Everything — we’re building the change our food system needs, one tasty cracker at a time.
OSC: What’s a favorite childhood memory of food that you have?

OSC: What’s one thing that keeps you up at night?
JC: I worry about not working fast enough.
JB: The impact of climate change everywhere, and especially close to home in the beautiful Bay Area.
At Moonshot, we’re on a mission to tackle climate change through snacking. Our climate-friendly crackers are perfect for pairing and come in three delicious flavors: Sourdough Sea Salt, Rosemary Garlic, and Tomato Basil. To us, climate-friendly means we make all of our decisions with the climate in mind, from our ingredients to our packaging. Moonshot is made with regeneratively grown ingredients, like our organic heirloom wheat directly from Hedlin Farms in Washington. We are certified organic, non-GMO, plant-based, kosher, carbon-neutral, no sugar added, in a 100% recycled carton, and proud to be a certified woman-owned and minority-owned business.
