GrassRoots Aid Partnership (GAP) – GAP is activating a network of healthy and natural product food companies and donors to send food and supplies to targeted areas affected by COVID 19. Coronavirus is a new challenge, but it has had immediate and familiar effects on food security for at-risk groups. Food banks and pantries are on the front lines addressing mass hunger, and they need our help. Donations are tax deductible.

The TownKitchen [Link] – Food Pantry Partnerships

About the Program – Customers of TTK Provisions can add a small or large bag of groceries to their order and TTK Provisions will facilitate assortment and delivery to their selected Non-Profit.

During these uncertain times, we wanted to provide an option for people to donate to those in their community while using our model and infrastructure to enable the giving. This donation can go to either East Oakland Collective (Feed the Hood) or West Valley Community Services (Cupertino). The donating organization will be able to choose items they need most based on their real time inventories and communities they serve.

Fueling Livable Wages for Frontline Workers – The Town Kitchen, PBC has partnered with Proof of Impact which allows for donors of all levels to help fund livable wages for Foster and Reentry Youth. The Proof of Impact platform provides real time insight and data to show how and when the impact was created.

The FruitGuys – Fruit For Heroes Program [Link]

About the Program – This is an unprecedented time.  As we were thinking about what we could to help fight COVID-19, long-standing clients Matt Quirie at ROIDNA and Ryan Scheiber at Rhythm, asked us to challenge our clients & community to send our fruit to support the people on the front lines of this pandemic: healthcare & hospital workers, food banks, and free student meal programs.

Mr. Rogers called them “The Helpers.” Please consider helping the Helpers by sending them healthy fresh fruit through our Fruit For Heroes Campaign. We will be adding more hospital partners and regional charitable partner options in the days to come. For every purchase of $1, two servings of fruit will be sent to communities who need it most. Thank you so much for support!

Treasure8 – COVID-19 Nutrition Relief Program [Link]

About the Program – Treasure8’s mission is and always has been to Deploy Nutrition for Humanity. The COVID-19 crisis is creating the need for better whole-food nutrition every day. We have expanded our current Nutrition Relief program direct for those most directly impacted by COVID-19: first responders, healthcare staff and those in post-virus recovery. Our nutrient-dense 100% fruit/vegetable chips, Ground Rules, will be available for 3 for the price of 2. And Our omega-3 packed flaxbutters (O3 Superfoods) will be distributed for free and are partnering with The FruitGuys to include fresh apples–which go great together. We are also rushing to market two 3D-printed, easy-to-swallow nutrition relief products for post-intubation COVID-19 and elderly patients.

Log your donations HERE. Donations will be aggregated and shared out via our various social channels, on the web, and in our annual impact report. OSC2 will give shout outs in the coming weeks for all participating brands.
