OSC: Where do you call home (hometown or wherever you feel most at home)?
SC: Austin, TX
OSC: What’s one thing most people don’t know about you?
SC: I used to drive empty busses for my grandpa’s used school bus company.
OSC: What part of your work gives you the most energy right now?
SC: New product development and educating parents.
OSC: What’s a favorite childhood memory—funny or formative—that helped shape your path?
SC: I’ve always loved food and invented a game called “secret recipe” to play with my sisters. The issue is that we weren’t yet allowed to use the stove, oven or microwave, so all of our recipes were basically cereal mixed with various condiments. Yuck!
OSC: What’s something you’re fired up about that needs a whole new way of thinking?
SC: How to hold people accountable without shaming or blaming.
