CEO Chapters
A sanctuary for natural products founders and CEOs
Growing a natural products business is hard. Growing a natural products business committed to the triple bottom line is even harder. You don’t have to do it alone.
Our CEO Chapters provide confidential, high-trust spaces for founders and CEOs to pressure-test decisions, sharpen strategy, and strengthen their companies alongside peers who understand the weight of leadership. We offer two chapters: Rising Stars (for companies generating $1MM–$10MM in annual revenue) and Core (for companies generating $10MM+).
Founded in 2012, our Chapters bring together entrepreneurial leaders building regenerative businesses across food, agriculture, and consumer products. Through curated gatherings, retreats, and ongoing dialogue, members build capability, practice kinship, and shape the future of the industry—together.
