OSC: What is your hometown?

BM: Rural Wisconsin, near Fond du Lac

OSC: What’s one thing most people don’t know about you?

BM: I lived and worked on an organic coffee farm in Costa Rica

OSC: What is it about the mission of your company that really ignites you?

BM: How deeply committed we are to both the environment and our communities

OSC: What’s a favorite childhood memory of food that you have?

BM: Farm living=fresh food–my favorite was fresh berries and pie

OSC: What’s one thing that keeps you up at night?

BM: Whether we can act fast enough to stop (and reverse) climate change
